We were able to share a lesson and read the Book of Mormon with him, and it really helped him find the peace he was hiding in his truck for! It was so perfect!

Dear Family,

Another transfer come and gone! And I will be staying here with the fantastic Sister K. for at least five more weeks!  We will no longer get to go out to B. anymore, though, they split our area! Probably for the best, though. We did not have enough miles to fully work that section.

Yesterday we had another one of those "perfect place, at the perfect time" moments. We were going to stop in and see our investigator Haskill, but we usually meet them outside because their landlady isn't a huge fan of us. Luckily, I think they basically live outside, because they are out every time we go over. Except this time. So we decided to come back later and walked away, but 30 ft later we heard a voice calling after us. We looked back and H. was leaning out of his work truck. He was trying to get away from the world and find some peace, so he was hiding in back of his truck.  And he had looked up at the perfect time to see us almost miss him. We were able to share a lesson and read the Book of Mormon with him, and it really helped him find the peace he was hiding in his truck for! It was so perfect!

I also finally made it down to Martinsville for exchanges this week! Sister W. and I were down there, and she is so cool. She's going home tomorrow, so I got to learn lots of stuff from her. We met a super sweet lady named Anne, and I'm excited to hear how it goes with her. We were trying to find a member, and we accidentally knocked on #11 in the wrong apartment building, but it led us to find her! She immediately recognized that God had answered the prayer she'd prayed earlier that morning asking for guidance. :)

Love ya'll!
Have a good one!

Sister Ward
